Refund policy

At PreLoveds, each piece is carefully curated, authenticated, and inspected to meet our quality standards. Due to the exclusive and often one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are considered final.

We encourage our clients to review product descriptions, images, and condition details carefully before submitting an offer or completing a purchase. For complete confidence, clients are welcome to contact us to request additional photos or videos of any item prior to purchase.

Exceptions

Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The item received is not as described or is damaged.

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Condition for Returns

If a return is approved:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received
• All original packaging, tags, and inclusions must be intact

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Minor signs of wear clearly stated in the description

 

Final Note

All approved returns are subject to review by our team. PreLoveds reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
